Terms & Conditions

To secure a booking we require a deposit (non refundable) of £120 at the time of booking. The remaining balance should be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payments can be made by cheque or BACS.

Should you wish to cancel your booking we require at least 4 weeks notice, a refund of your payment (minus deposit) can then be issued.

The house is available from 4.00pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on your day of departure.

All towels and bed linen are provided.

Sorry, we don’t allow pets.

Sorry, smoking is not allowed in the house.

We ask for guests to inform us of any breakages or damage caused during their stay so repairs and replacements can be made prior to the next guests arriving. Should we find that damages were caused due to excessive recklessness of guests we reserve the right to seek payment, for repairs and/or replacements.

In the extremely unlikely event of the house sustaining damage and not being suitable for accommodating guests we reserve the right to cancel any bookings and issue a full refund.

We do not accept responsibility for personal possessions and vehicles belonging to guests.
